Each Spiritual Warrior Workshop (SWW) takes on a life of it's own. The energy on the day is unique to the participants. The Divine will weave it's healing energy and magic into the venue and into your spirit :)
On this SWW adventure I will guide you through a deep alchemical process to move beyond the conscious and unconscious limitations you hold in your mind that are holding you back, keeping you stuck and stopping you from following your bliss .
All you need to bring is yourself, bedding for your comfort (you''ll be lying down) and an open mind.
Expect shamanic drumming, breath work, meditation, chanting (by me!) and of course some high octane healing energy to support you throughout the day and beyond.
Think of this a your daily energetic workout!
Each part of the day will be recorded so you can listen back post workshop.
A Live healing meditation is included via Zoom 2 weeks post workshop. This will further help to anchor in the healing work you do on the day.
No experience necessary as this workshop is designed to meet and support you wherever your are within your life.
