Connect and expand with Divine Goddess Brigid in this one day workshop in the West of Ireland.
Led by Ann Keenaghan, Qi Gong Teacher and IET Trainer (www.annkeenaghan.com) and
Barry Drew, Shaman and Coach you will be brought on a journey of personal and spiritual growth.
This workshop is design to help to connect within and create harmony between your masculine and feminine energy.
The Flow of the Day:
In the morning you will discover how Brigid can bring healing and balance into your life and to the world.
Ann will guide you in a beautiful meditation to help you to open up to invite Brigid and her gifts into your heart.
You will be invited to write what you would like to release or have healed in your life. This is personal to you but will form part of the afternoon fire ceremony in the afternoon.
Ann will then guide the group in a Qi Gong practice to physicaly and energeticaly open up your energy, your lifeforce to nurture your mind, body and soul.
Barry will bring you on a shamanic journey with the sacred drum and Goddess Brigid to discover her medicine for your growth and healing journey followed by a sacred fire ceremony on site in Brigit's Gardens.
Both Ann and Barry would love you to join us also to celebrate Brigid on this auspicious year, as she brings in expansion, hope and change.
Access to the themed Celtic gardens are included in the cost.
Light snacks and refreshments are available in on site cafe at Brigit's Gardens (not included in workshop)
